PlayStation Remote Setup
In order pair this Sentinel system to a Sony PlayStation 4 or 5 console on the same network, follow these steps. When you are ready to start, click on the Start button below. Press and hold front panel Power Button (1/2 to 1 second) to cancel setup at any time.
Step 1: Click on Start button below
The following login screen should be displayed
Step 4 - Pair Sentinel to PlayStation on Chiaki App
Click on the NOTREG button on the Chiaki App
Step 5 - Select Audio Out on Chiaki App
Click on the button next to Audio Out and select the appropriate audio output:
Audio Jack: BUILT-IN AUDIO ANALOG,,,
HDMI 1 Audio: VC4-HDMI-0/1
USB HD Audio Adapter: USB PNP Sound …
Note: Do not change any other settings
Press the front panel Reset Button to exit. A message will be displayed with instructions for how to assign this PlayStation pairing to All or only specific users.
Step 2: Sign in to PlayStation
Enter Login ID and Password. The following web page should appear.
Press the Front Panel Reset Button to continue
Step 3: Setup the Sony PlayStation console to enable PS Remote Play and to get Pin Code to Pair
Power and login to the PlayStation console and enable registration as described below:
PS4 - From the function screen, go to Settings > Remote Play Connection Settings, and then turn on Enable Remote Play. From the function screen, go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4, and then select Activate. You can enable this setting on only one PS4 console for each account.
PS5 - From the home screen, select Settings > System > Remote Play-> Enable Remote Play.
PS4/5 - An 8 digit pin code will be displayed on the screen. Write this down as it will be needed in pairing. You have about 5 minutes to pair the PS4 or PS5 to the Sentinel.
Registration popup screen will appear.
Click the mouse inside the Account ID field. Press the Front Panel Power Button. It will fill automatically
Enter the 8 Digit Pin Code from the PlayStation
Click Register. PlayStation image should appear
